Hello! I am Hillary and I first started enjoying cooking and baking during my high school years. However, shortly after college due to some medical needs I had to switch my diet to be gluten free and where possible, leave out anything too refined and full of sugar. Now I have reached the next stage of my life, meeting and moving in with my significant other who is a vegetarian. Needless to say, that was a bit of a difficult transition for us to decide what to eat being both vegetarian and gluten free. That brought me to this blog where I can share the interesting meals we manage to put together for ourselves.
